Position Overview:

As a Trailer Mechanic, you’ll handle maintenance, inspections, and repairs on over-the-road trailers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a supportive, close‑knit team.

What You’ll Do:

Perform routine maintenance and DOT inspections.
Diagnose and repair brakes, lights, electrical systems, tires, and structural components.
Maintain accurate repair records and work orders.
Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
Communicate with drivers and dispatch to ensure equipment is road-ready.

What We’re Looking For:

Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
Mechanical aptitude or shop experience (preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
