Position Overview:
As a Trailer Mechanic, you’ll handle maintenance, inspections, and repairs on over-the-road trailers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a supportive, close‑knit team.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and DOT inspections.
- Diagnose and repair brakes, lights, electrical systems, tires, and structural components.
- Maintain accurate repair records and work orders.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate with drivers and dispatch to ensure equipment is road-ready.
What We’re Looking For:
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Mechanical aptitude or shop experience (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
